Our campaign has made a super-complaint to the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR). We are calling on it to ensure that banks protect customers who are tricked into transferring money to fraudsters.
In order to understand the issue better, the regulator is asking victims to write in and share their experiences. So far, over 31,000 people have shared an experience or comment with us.
